Anchor Glass Container Corp. Contracts
COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT
Anchor Glass Container Corporation, a Delaware corporation, having an office at 1 Anchor Plaza, 4343 Anchor Plaza Parkway, Tampa, Florida 33634 (herein "ASSIGNOR") in accordance with its obligations under the Asset Purchase Agreement dated December 18, 1996, by and among ASSIGNOR, Owens-Brockway Glass Container Inc. and Consumers Packaging, Inc. (the obligations of Consumers Packaging Inc. under the Asset Purchase Agreement having been assigned to Anchor Glass Acquisition Corporation) (Anchor Glass Acquisition Corporation herein called "ASSIGNEE"), and the understanding underlying the Asset Purchase Agreement, hereby assigns to said ASSIGNEE all of its worldwide right, title and interest to the copyright and any related intellectual property rights that exist in the following works, copyrights and United States registrations (herein "WORKS") and in and to all renewals and extensions of the copyrights and right to seek copyright for the WORKS that may now or hereinafter be secured or securable under the laws of the respective countries:
